Two days in a row: officially a streak

Got out for day 2, and basically did the same thing as yesterday (video). Went a little faster today, though. I think my legs got a little excited, especially since the first half-mile is all downhill. A combination of that and some sweet tunes and all-of-a-sudden my 7:40's from yesterday became 7:10's today. Made it around the 1.4M trail in about 10:10... SMOKIN! ;-)
Did a little more brainstorming on the run today, and I'm hoping to make this blog and my videos as exciting as possible... To do that I definitely need feedback from you readers/viewers as to what you want to see, and what you are interested in learning. First up, there will probably be a baseline test effort done here within the next week to gauge where my fitness is at and see just how far I have to go in the next three months.
