Tom Willems, a sophomore at Colorado State representing Australia, won the men's 400 meters in 47.22 and contributed to a second-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:08.87 at the Fresno State Bulldog Invitational at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif.
